Fernando Galicia has been in the plumbing and drain cleaning industry for over13 years and has spent over 10 years in a management capacity.  Mr. Galiciais currently the District Manager for Affordable Plumbing Pros.  He holds many certifications including State of California C36 Plumbing Contractors License, “Environmental Protection Agency RRP Certification”, “Interactive Behavioral Science Based Management Certification”, “CAL OSHA Competent Person Certification”, “Tank-less Water Heater Certification”, “Poly Pipe Certification“, as well as others.  He is bi-lingual and is also licensed by the State of California to write home improvement contracts.
